You own your tank

Many gas companies lend you a tank so you buy gas only from them. We sell it to you: the tank and the system are yours, with no rent.

In Florida, only a tank’s owner, or someone the owner authorizes, may fill it. As the owner, you decide.

What we install

Almost no South Florida home has piped natural gas, so every gas appliance needs a propane tank. We build the whole system.

Propane tanks, above ground

A tank set on a pad, anchored and connected to your home or business. The simplest and lowest-cost way to get propane where there is no gas main.

Underground propane tanks

The tank is buried in the yard, so all you see is a small lid. We handle the digging, the 811 call and the restoration of the trench.

Gas lines

New gas lines from the tank to each appliance, sized for the load and pressure-tested before use.

Our promises

  • Licensed FDACS LP gas installer, and insured
  • A written price, with options, before we dig
  • Every system pressure-tested before use
  • The tank is yours: no rent, your choice who fills it

How it works

  1. Free site visit

Book online or by phone. We come to the property and look at where the tank can go and where the line will run.

  2. Quote at the same visit

You get a written quote with options, in English or Spanish, and can sign it right there.

  3. Permit, 811 and install

We pull the permit, call 811 before we dig, and install the system to code.

  4. Test, inspection and first fill

We pressure-test the system, it passes inspection, and the first fill is included. The tank is yours.
