Services
We design, permit and install propane tank and gas-line systems that you own outright.
Propane tanks, above ground
A tank set on a pad, anchored and connected to your home or business. The simplest and lowest-cost way to get propane where there is no gas main.
- Common home sizes: 120, 250, 500 and 1,000 gallons. We size the tank for your appliances.
- Placed to the propane code (NFPA 58): distances from the house, property lines and sources of ignition.
- Pad, anchoring, regulator and hookup are spelled out in your quote.
Underground propane tanks
The tank is buried in the yard, so all you see is a small lid. We handle the digging, the 811 call and the restoration of the trench.
- We call Sunshine 811 before digging so buried lines are marked.
- All you see in the yard is a small lid.
- Your quote can show above-ground and underground options side by side.
Gas lines
New gas lines from the tank to each appliance, sized for the load and pressure-tested before use.
- We measure the run from the tank to each appliance.
- Every line is pressure-tested before it goes into use.
Generators
The propane tank and gas hookup for standby generators, with the tank sized so your generator can run through an outage.
- The generator itself and the electrical work are not included unless they are listed on your quote.
Pool and spa heaters
Tank and gas line for gas pool and spa heaters, sized for how much gas a heater uses.
Water heaters
Gas service for tankless and tank-style water heaters.
Ranges and outdoor kitchens
Gas to ranges and cooktops, outdoor kitchens and grills, dryers and other gas appliances.
Businesses and food trucks
Commercial propane installations, including food-truck propane systems.
Pressure testing and leak detection
Pressure tests and leak checks on propane systems, and system certification before your inspection.
